      Corporal Mead's Funeral
      Corporal Frank Lester Mead, whose body has arrived from France, is the son of J. Ashbrook Mead and Mary B. Mead, nee Dare. He was born in Bridgeton October 5, 1886, the family moving to Pottsville, Pa. in 1902. He entered the service from Pottsville, was wounded and died on the battlefield in the Argonne Forest, September 28, 1918. His funeral will be held from his parents' residence, 177 North Pearl street, Saturday afternoon at 2:30. Relatives and friends, also members of the American Legion are invited.
