      Clifford N. Flenard, 67, retired Camden policeman, died yesterday in West Jersey hospital. He suffered a stroke while on the street near his summer home, 784 Rio Grande avenue, Wildwood, Thursday night.
      Born in Burlington, he served 27 years in the police department and retired four years ago. His winter home was at 1915 Forty-fourth street, Pennsauken.
      Surviving are his widow, Lena; two sons, George of Oaklyn, and Clifford H., a patient in Cooper hospital with a broken leg; a daughter, Mrs. George Traynor, Pennsauken, and four grandchildren.
      Friends may call Friday at 9:30 a.m. at a funeral home, Chambers avenue and Washington street. Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. in St. Wilfrid's Episcopal Church, Westfield avenue and Dudley street. Burial will be privat in Harleigh cemetery.
